FRED CALLIS - Cybervore CEO & President

CEO & President

Fred has more than 25 years enterprise technology experience and a passion for innovation - a born entrepreneur. He founded two previous companies where he acquired and productized an IBM technology and provided software consulting and development for firms such as AT&T, AIG, and the NYSE. In addition to creating revenue and team building, he contributed to IP patent development, forged strategic partnerships, and established distribution channels to promote product sales.

His vision is to empower businesses with instantaneous knowledge and simplify the decision-making process for all users. Cybervore will start with improving the ability to immediately find misplaced content and better manage existing information assets across any computing device or service.

Prior to Cybervore, Fred worked for Racal Milgo and Data Switch both $200 million plus technology vendors where he honed his skills in technical support, product management, and customer sales. Fred holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from DeVry University plus professional courses in technology and management. He enjoys being with his family, helping his community, and playing the guitar while the printer is operating

STEVE ROMANO – Cybervore Chief Operating Officer

Steve has more than 30 years experience in the financial services industry. He has a proven track record in software development, IT operations, and customer service operations. Today Steve guides Cybervore's strategic direction and budgetary operations to ensure our development team offers the most complete enterprise content management products available.

Prior to joining Cybervore, Steve was Chief Operating Officer at Reed Elsevier Technology Services and ran a $400 million budgeted operation to deliver global IT services. Steve also spent 20 plus years with the New York and American Stock Exchange technology subsidiary SIAC with responsibility for the design, software development and implementation, and operation of the exchanges' computer systems and communications networks. After 9/11, Steve built and operated the Secure Financial Transaction Infrastructure 'SFTI' service offering from the ground-up. SFTI is a fully redundant NYSE services provider and supports more than a 1000 plus broker/dealer firms, a very profitable part of the NYSE/ICE©.

Steve also held positions as Chairman of the Securities Industry Associates Exchange and Utilities committee and co-Chair for the Business Continuity Planning Industry Committee. Steve holds an Executive MBA from Columbia University and Strategy Leadership from Harvard University.

DAVID FALKENBERG - Cybervore Chief Technology Officer

Dave has more than 30 years experience in software engineering, hardware systems, and multimedia and database technologies. He is a technologist and entrepreneur who loves building great products and companies. Dave leads Cybervore's product development and R&D. He oversees the engineering and technology practice that allows Cybervore to create the world's most complete content management solution.

Prior to Cybervore, Dave built commercial-grade software products for Digital Equipment Corp. and held IT positions at financial services firms such as Barclays Bank, Swiss Bank, and JP MorganChase in software development and data architectures, operating mission-critical services, and ensuring quality standards for software development. In addition to his financial services experience, these quality standards are being used within the NYC Transit Authority's Subway System.

Dave has several issued and pending IP software patents which include Cybervore's patented data architecture for content management. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and is a former certified SEI CMM Lead Evaluator.

 

ADAM BROTHERS - Financial Advisor

Adam is using his extensive background in finance, capital management, and investment to help guide Cybervore’s business growth, and providing operational and strategic advisory services. Adam is playing an important part as Cybervore implements its capital investment for business growth.

Adam’s experience includes co-founding The 614 Group, a business advisory firm to help companies grow and solve problems. He co-founded a technology firm called Cold Creek Technologies, a successful quantitative marketing platform startup for sophisticated marketers and prominent data aggregators who rely on granular, data-driven insights to plan and manage the performance of their marketing campaigns. He is also an advisor to Corestream Inc. and Openbox LLC.

Adam’s extensive experience in M&A advisory and management consulting, including providing operational and strategic advisory services to technology firms will provide Cybervore’s shareholders a direction towards a profitable return. He holds a BA degree from Columbia University and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
